車削軸零件精度研究及其對錠桿加工的指導

為提高錠桿的加工質量,以45號鋼為材料,用不同數控車床速度、進給量、切削深度加工細長軸零件,檢測零件尺寸精度及表面粗糙度,并采用正態分布和單因素對比試驗進行數據分析。

摘要:為提高錠桿的加工質量,以45號鋼為材料,用不同數控車床速度、進給量、切削深度加工細長軸零件,檢測零件尺寸精度及表面粗糙度,并采用正態分布和單因素對比試驗進行數據分析。在試驗所采用的因素水平變動范圍內,通過5組試驗和數據分析結果表明:數控車削加工細長軸類零件的精度整體分布規律基本符合正態分布;對于徑向和軸向尺寸精度,進給量在車削中對精度的影響作用較為明顯;對于表面粗糙度,影響軸零件加工精度順序依次為進給量、切削深度和切削速度。

Research on Precision of Turning Shaft Parts and Its Guidance for Spindle Blade Machining

Abstract:In order to improve the machining quality of spindle blade,45 steel is used as the material to process slender shaft parts with different speed,feed rate and cutting depth of CNC lathe.The dimension accuracy and surface roughness of the parts are detected, and the data are analyzed by normal distribution and single factor contrast test.The results of five groups of experiments and data analysis within the variable levels of factors used in the tests show that the overall accuracy distribution of slender shaft parts in CNC turning is basically in line with normal distribution.For the radial and axial dimensional accuracy,the feed rate plays an important role in turning.For surface roughness,the order of influencing the machining accuracy of shaft parts is feed rate,cutting depth and cutting speed.YU Xiang
